Hope you've all had a good winter. There's still snow on the ground with more on the way, but the 21st year of Wild Food and Ecology Tours will begin on March 1 (please visit /www.wildmanstevebrill.com for details). Pretty soon the snow will melt, and more and more edible and medicinal wild plants and mushrooms will be making their first appearances. I hope you can attend some of the first tours of early spring and watch this exciting transformation take place.
